    • Late Arrivals: Clients are expected to start their workouts at the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. If your trainer or coach arrives late, your session will be extended to cover the full scheduled time.

    2. Missed Sessions

    • ‍‍Make-Up Sessions: If you provide adequate notice for a missed session, you may reschedule and make up the missed session.

    • ‍‍Extended Absences: If you miss multiple sessions due to surgery or illness, an extension of your contract may be granted. However, a doctor's note is required to qualify for this extension.

    • ‍‍No-Refund Policy: All packages purchased are non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if accompanied by a valid doctor's note. Unused sessions upon membership expiration will be forfeited and not refunded.
