What is the

Bridge the Gap:

Post-PT System?

Bridge the Gap: Post-PT System is a structured post-physical therapy training program that starts where rehab ends then progresses you forward with a clear plan. We begin with an assessment and movement screen to identify what’s working, what’s compensating, and what still feels limited or risky. From there, your program is built around what your body needs most right now, often a blend of corrective exercise, mobility/assisted stretching (and massage when needed), and functional strength training. As you improve, we reassess and level up the plan so your progress doesn’t stall resulting in stronger, more confident, real-life movement that holds up in everyday life.
